With over 20 years of working in the mental health field, my practice is focused on helping people of all ages navigate the difficult or confusing times we often face. I enjoy supporting people as they build an understanding of their relationship with self and others, identify meaning, and reclaim a sense of agency in their life.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Mentalization Based (MBT) Therapies and utilize a person-centered framework to help address anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and family/relationship issues. I have specialized experience working with kids and teens/young adults. I work with people through telehealth, office setting, or in the community and believe that therapy should be a vibrant, creative, and interactive process.
