I Know A Guy Foods was started as a food truck by Mark and Tammy Bellino, long-time residents of Harwinton, CT, during the height of the pandemic. Traveling throughout the state to breweries and other events, I Know A Guy became a neighborhood name.
Now, I Know A Guy Foods has expanded into a full-service deli in Burlington, CT serving a variety of breakfast sandwiches, hot and cold grinders, paninis, salads, catering, and more. A welcoming place to grab a bite to eat, and the deli will always be a place where you know (or will get to know) a guy—Mark.
