Hi, my name is Shubha, and I am the “Shooby” behind Shoobycakes. I’m a Jersey native who’s lived all along the Northeast but am now settled in Burlington, CT. I’ve loved baking since elementary school, entering cakes in Girl Scouts bake-offs and baking cookies and brownies on days off from school. Baking is my creative outlet and my favorite way of gift-giving – I rarely go to a friend or family’s house empty-handed!
Every order I make is fully customizable, and all of my bakes, frostings, and fillings are made from scratch. I especially love incorporating bold flavors and spices into my bakes, a nod to my Indian culture.
